To My Dear Clients,
We are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and share some of my thoughts with you.
My heart goes out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. My thoughts are especially with those who are sick, and I extend my heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. I’m genuinely inspired by the selfless healthcare workers all around the world, especially the ones amongst my clients, who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before. We’re called upon to be our best selves, to act with patience, understanding and compassion.
I would like to thank you all for your patience and with this interruption in our services. Here at the Derma Lounge, we put great emphasis on the health and safety of our clients, ourselves and the community as a whole. That is why we have been closed for the past few weeks and will remain closed until further notice.
During this time, we will continue taking orders for products. To maintain social distancing we would like you to pay by e-transfer, and we will deliver the products to you. I would also like to offer my full support and availability to answer your questions by phone, text, or video call.
It is crucial to know that, even during this pandemic, it is important to continue with your skin regimen. After all, please remember that our skin cells have memory, and if you discontinue or are not diligent with your regimen, your skin will forget how to properly function with these ingredients to maintain optimum skin health.
